Our Story

Raelyn and Brian are high school sweethearts who built their lives on a foundation of faith, family, and service. After marriage, Raelyn pursued her passion for beauty and wellness, becoming a skilled hair stylist, while Brian earned his engineering degree from MSOE and spent over 10 years in product design.

For years, their demanding jobs kept them moving at a fast pace—success in their fields, but at a cost. As their family grew to four children and their involvement in their church deepened, they began to feel the tension between ambition and presence. They realized that the busyness pulling them in different directions was stealing something precious: time together, meaningful conversations, and the chance to truly nurture their children's hearts and faith.

That realization became their turning point. Brian made the courageous decision to step back from the corporate world, transitioning to a hybrid work arrangement that allowed him to prioritize what mattered most—being present for his children's education and growth through a hybrid school program. His passion for teaching and mentoring the next generation found new expression at home, where he could shape young minds and hearts daily.

Today, the Cornells are committed to a different kind of success: creating a home-focused environment where family is built, nurtured, and cared for. Their mission is to make their home productive—not just in what they accomplish, but in the relationships they cultivate, the faith they share, and the service they offer to those around them. They believe that strong families create strong communities, and they're dedicated to living that truth every single day.

    Hebrews 10:24-25

And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works,  not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near.
